Wacky Goulies - Jay-C (Ashtar) (One-Off)

One-off I painted for fun. Black vinyl body with blue, metallic blue and gold sprays. Head was a weird flesh tone vinyl with yellow, red and brown sprays and white details. Glow in the dark sticker eye.
